Our Founder & Director, Anna Green
I'm a leadership coach and consultant, specialising in moral courage, brave leadership, moral distress & burnout.
I setup Moral Rebels after a rewarding career in NHS Leadership. After noticing that good people were increasingly suffering from moral distress and burnout in the workplace, I set out to understand barriers to integrity and the occupational challenges that people driven to make a difference face.
Through Moral Rebels, I help people and workplaces become brave, stay brave & recover from moral distress & burnout - the cost of caring.
